Weird yet tasty
I admit, it took me some courage to try it the first time. And even more to prepare it for guests. The profusely refilling of wine glasses helped for me and my guests.
Toast your rice for 3 minutes, add a glass of white wine (the wine you profusely poured a while ago). Add the broth bit by bit. And after about 10 minutes start stirring in the diced strawberries. When the rice is al dente, take the pot from the stove and add butter, grated parmesan and pepper. Serve with sliced strawberries.
